Passengers can cancel their tickets for free when purchasing refundable fare tickets. Up to 24 hours before the departure, silver airways cancellation policy are permitted. If the cancellations are not made within 24 hours of the reservation, passengers who purchased the Freedom Fare will be charged USD 90.
